House Rules

Dear Guests,

A warm welcome to our home. We are delighted to have you with us and wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay.
By confirming your booking (via deposit), you acknowledge the following house rules as binding.
They are intended to ensure a respectful and considerate treatment of the property, its furnishings, and the neighbourhood.

General Information

  • The house will be handed over to you in a clean and proper condition upon arrival. Should you notice anything amiss, please inform us immediately at +49 8665 9266827.
  • You are welcome to use all furnishings and equipment — please handle them with care.
  • Outdoor shoes are not to be worn inside the house. Slippers are provided.
  • Rauschberg 10 is a non-smoking house.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Should anything be damaged, please inform us immediately. Minor breakages (e.g. glasses) are excluded.
  • Please respect our neighbours, especially during quiet hours: 12:00–14:00 and after 22:00.
  • Do not cross the barrier in front of the entrance.
  • You are responsible for your own safety and actions during your stay. We accept no liability for personal injury or damage to property.
  • Suggestions or feedback are always welcome at office(a)rauschberg.com.

Use of Facilities

  • Skis may be stored in the garage (not lockable, no liability for theft).
  • Please lock the front door when leaving the house.
  • Free Wi-Fi is available; login details can be found in the guest information folder.
  • Wi-Fi may be used only for legal purposes. Illegal downloads or copyright infringements are strictly prohibited.
  • You are liable for any legal violations committed during your stay.
  • Parents are responsible for their children.

Kitchen and Bathrooms

  • Please do not dispose of waste, food leftovers, oil, or other substances in sinks, toilets, or drains. (Organic waste and general waste are not currently separated)
  • Waste separation:
    – Paper
    – Plastic
    – Cans/aluminium
    – Glass

Departure

  • Empty the fridge and freezer.
  • Load the dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle.
  • Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins in front of the entrance.
  • Check-out time is by 9:30 a.m. Late departures are unfortunately not possible due to cleaning schedules.
